Structured hybrid role:
Introduction:
To support the Head of Core Insights in defining strategy and ensuring we make informed decisions around our new propositions development roadmap, to collaborate with the team on managing, monitoring and driving value from live products and to lead on discovery, design, development, build and commercialisation of new product and propositions development

What will you be doing?

Strategy, planning, product development and delivery (30%)
- Environmental scanning using internal and external sources to understand market trends and competitive landscape
- Support articulation of strategic vision, objectives initiatives and product roadmap in line with Barclays Payments strategic plan and objectives
- Design and deliver new product releases
- Support release activity including training of users and development of marketing collateral

Live product Monitoring, management and support (70%)
- Governance through annual re-certification, service reviews and user / usage monitoring
- User Management though raising new requests and resets
- Defect Management through triage, raise defects, test fixes and confirm release schedule
- Define and track success KPIs
- First line support to specialist sales team

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in any discipline
- Product Owner Experience
- Strong Communicator both verbally and in written form
- Proven experience of navigating a complex stakeholder environment
- Proven experience building trusted relationships and collaboration across a large number of stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Experience of SAP Cloud Platform, Tableau or equivalent
