Job Title: Growth Intern

**Position Overview**:
Park+ is searching for an energetic and innovative Growth Intern to join their team. In this role,

you'll be essential in designing interesting notifications and producing captivating viral content

for different social media platforms. This position provides a distinct chance to learn practical

skills in content creation, digital marketing, and user interaction methods.

Key Responsibilities:
Notifications Creation:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop compelling

notifications aimed at driving user engagement and achieving a CTR of above 2%.
- Craft concise, persuasive, and attention-grabbing copy for notifications across different
- Conduct A/B testing to assess the effectiveness of different notification strategies and

iterate based on the results.
- Analyze data and user feedback to refine notification content and timing for optimal

engagement.

**Content**:

- Brainstorm and create innovative and shareable content for social media platforms (e.g.,

Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook) that resonates with the target audience and has the

potential to go viral.
- Develop visually appealing graphics, videos, memes, and other multimedia elements to

enhance the appeal of social media content.
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, memes, and viral content strategies to

infuse freshness into our content approach.
- Go-to within the organization for producing high-quality social media communication; in

line with the brand’s essence & voice
- Measure & report (weekly/ monthly) on the success of marketing & social media

campaigns to help derive data-based learnings.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with the marketing, product, design, and growth teams to align content

strategies with overall brand messaging and marketing campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, content planning meetings, and cross-functional

discussions to contribute creative ideas and insights.
- Communicate effectively to present content concepts, provide updates, and incorporate feedback from team members.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Social media management experience (good to have)
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Demonstrated success with managing social media channels like Instagram, Facebook,

Youtube & Twitter
- Good understanding of Brand Communication, Media platforms - Digital/ Social &
knowledge of channels & sales operations
- Strong data management & presentation skills with good knowledge of Excel and

PowerPoint
- Strong research, writing, editing, presentation & communication skills with a high degree

of creativity
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with significant ambiguities.
