**Role Overview**

We are hiring a **Photographer** to capture **product**, **macro**, **gemstone**, and **model photography**. The photographer is responsible for **setup**, **editing**, and **retouching**. The photographer may bring an **assistant** or **influencer/model** with added compensation for both.

**Responsibilities**
- **Photography (5 hours)**: Product, Macro, Gemstone, and Model Photography
- **Setup and Editing (3 hours)**: Basic setup, lighting, backgrounds, and photo editing

**Requirements**:

- Must bring a **DSLR or Mirrorless camera** with an **MRP above ₹1,00,000**
- Must bring **suitable lenses for every task**, including:

- **Macro lens** for close-up shots of jewellery and gemstones
- **Wide-angle or standard lens** for product shots
- **Telephoto or zoom lens** for distant shots
- **Portrait lens** for model photography
- Experience in **product, macro, gemstone, and model photography**
- Proficient in **basic photo editing** (Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Able to commit to **8-hour on-site shifts**

**Compensation**:
**Photographer (Paid Role)**
- ₹1700/day
- Free **snacks and tea**

**Free Collaboration Photographer**
- No salary, but includes:

- ₹440/day **conveyance allowance**
- **Free food, snacks, and tea**
- Exposure on **20,000+ followers** on social media

**Assistant (If Photographer Brings One)**
- ₹800/day for **8-hour shift**
- Free **snacks and tea**

**Influencer/Model (If Photographer Brings One)**
- ₹2600/day
**Must have 10k+ active followers**
**Clothing Requirements**:

- **1 Bridal set**, **1 Indian traditional set**, **1 Western set**
- Responsible for **own makeup**, **hairdressing**, and **self-styling/grooming**
- **BMI must be less than 26**
- Free **snacks and tea**
