**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute photoshoots in accordance with project requirements and timelines.
- Capture high-quality images using various photography techniques and equipment.
- Edit and retouch photographs to enhance their visual appeal and quality.
- Collaborate with clients or team members to understand their vision and requirements for each project.
- Maintain and organize digital files and assets in a systematic manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photography.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in working condition.
- Adhere to project budgets and deadlines.
- Provide creative input and suggestions for improving the visual content produced by the team.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism and quality in all photography-related activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Photographer or relevant field.
- Proficiency in using digital cameras, lighting equipment, and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of photography styles and projects.
- Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on advancements in photography technology and techniques.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,695.52 - ₹46,184.47 per month
