**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems at the site.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams for daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and Tata Steel’s operational standards.
- Manage workforce allocation, material planning, and progress reporting.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement timely corrective actions.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of site experience in industrial or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, drawings, and site safety practices
- Experience with Tata Steel projects is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
