**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a **dynamic and result-driven Admission Counsellor** to guide prospective students through the admission process for **Law and Management programs.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the admission process, ensuring smooth form completion & documentation.
- Follow up with leads and maintain student records in the CRM system.
- Support marketing efforts via webinars, college fairs, and outreach events.
- Provide guidance on entrance exams and interview preparation.
- Convert leads into enrollments by addressing queries and explaining program benefits.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** (Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- **Experience** in counseling, admissions, or student engagement is a plus.
- Strong **communication & interpersonal skills.**:

- Knowledge of the **education sector, especially Law & Management.**:

- Familiarity with **CRM systems** for student record management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
