**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Website Management**:

- Oversee the online store, ensuring products are correctly listed with accurate descriptions, images, and prices.
- Regularly update the website with new products, promotions, and content.
- Work with web developers to troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that drives engagement and sales.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Manage customer inquiries and complaints through various channels, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify areas for improvement in the online shopping experience.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- **Inventory and Order Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability.
- Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring orders are processed and shipped promptly.
- Implement processes to minimize order errors and returns.
- **Sales Analysis and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and website traffic.
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and present insights to senior management.
- Use data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the product, marketing, and IT teams to ensure alignment on e-commerce initiatives.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors, such as payment gateways and logistics providers.
- Stay updated on e-commerce best practices and industry trends, implementing new strategies as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
