**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Tele sales - Executive / Tele caller - Executive to help us build up our business activities.

Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Should have a track record of developing long-term client relationships.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Monitor weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Expand customer base through a variety of effective sales techniques. Provide information on the commercial, Residential and Retail Property Market.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with the team head.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

**Requirements**:

- **MBA/Graduate preferred Practice and Other Requirements.**

**. Female Preference for this position.**
- **Must have real estate experience in Noida, Greater Noida, and Delhi NCR (Residential / Commercial projects).**
- **Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making.**
- **Ability to engage and collaborate with others commitment to provide the best customer service.**
- **Pro-active mind-set, with strong orientation to drive business results in an agile manner.**
- **Cost consciousness, in line with our culture of being economic value creators.**
- **Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.**
- **Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.**
- **Must have owning a wheeler is mandatory.**

**Salary: Fixed Compensation INR 12,000 to INR 25,000 per month (Depends on your interview and experience)**
