Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for education and sales? We are seeking a highly motivated Tele Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in course selling. As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge educational courses to potential students over the phone.
**Responsibilities**:
Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential students who have shown interest in our courses or have been identified as potential prospects.
Course Promotion: Present and promote our diverse range of educational courses to prospective students, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each program.
Customer Engagement: Engage with potential students in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and understanding their educational needs and aspirations.
Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand the individual needs of prospects and recommend suitable courses that align with their goals.
Overcome Objections: Address any concerns or objections raised by potential students, providing persuasive arguments to demonstrate the value and relevance of our courses.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Follow-up: Maintain a database of leads and follow-up with potential students who have shown interest but have not yet made a decision, nurturing relationships to encourage enrollment.
Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our course offerings, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details to provide accurate information to potential students.
CRM Management: Update customer records and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to share best practices, ideas, and strategies for improving sales performance.
**Requirements**:
Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in the education industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate course features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address the unique needs and concerns of each potential student.
Result-Driven: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales objectives.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment, maintaining a positive attitude even during challenging interactions.
Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
