**Job Description: YouTube Shorts Video Editor (1-Month Contract)**

**Position**: YouTube Shorts Video Editor
**Duration**: 1 Month (Temporary Role)
**Salary**: ₹9,000 - ₹14,000
**Workload**: 200 videos (7-8 videos per day)
**Location**:Second Floor, Chettiar Complex, 109, Ramachandra Nagar, Edamalaipatti Pudur, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu 620012** (Work from Office)

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and finalize **7-8 YouTube Shorts (30-60 seconds)** daily to meet the target of 200 videos in one month.
- Add subtitles, captions, and motion graphics to enhance viewer engagement.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure videos are consistent with brand identity and audience preferences.
- Deliver edited videos promptly and meet daily targets.
- Optimize videos for YouTube Shorts format, ensuring proper aspect ratio (9:16) and resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in video editing for short-form content, particularly for YouTube Shorts or similar platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Understanding of YouTube Shorts trends and editing styles.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment.
- Availability to work on-site at our office in Tiruchirappalli.
- **Must have your own laptop with suitable editing software installed.**

**Work Schedule**:

- Flexible working hours within office operating times, but daily deadlines for 7-8 videos must be met.
- On-site collaboration with the content and production team.
