Job Title Video Editor Company Name Business Tamizha Pvt Ltd Location Erode Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our media production team The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage applying sound and visual effects and creating compelling video content that aligns with our brand storytelling goals and audience expectations You will collaborate closely with producers directors and content creators to bring concepts to life across a variety of formats including commercials social media digital content documentaries and more Key Responsibilities Edit raw video footage into polished engaging final products using professional editing software Collaborate with directors producers and scriptwriters to understand the vision and narrative intent Add music dialogue graphics effects and sound to enhance the storytelling Ensure continuity visual flow and technical quality in final deliverables Maintain project organization file naming and backups throughout the post-production workflow Color correct and grade footage to match visual style and tone Format and export videos for various platforms broadcast web social media etc Stay up to date with new editing techniques trends and industry tools Work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality Requirements Proven experience as a Video Editor in a media production or related environment Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro DaVinci Resolve or similar Strong understanding of storytelling pacing composition and visual aesthetics Experience with motion graphics and basic animation e g Adobe After Effects is a plus Knowledge of sound design audio editing and syncing Ability to take creative direction and also work independently Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications Degree or diploma in Film Production Media Studies or a related field Portfolio or reel demonstrating a range of editing styles and projects Experience with multi-camera editing live event footage or documentary storytelling Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Application Question s Will you be able to reliably commute or relocate to Erode Tamil Nadu for this job Education Bachelor s Required Experience Video editing 1 year Required Work Location In person
