**Position: Sales & Marketing Executive (IT Software)**
**Location: Noida**. **On-site Only | No Remote Option**
**Job Type: Full-Time**
**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹28,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Make outbound calls and conduct client meetings to promote software solutions
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate software solutions
- Work collaboratively with the internal team to achieve business goals
- Maintain records of sales activities and client communications
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 year of experience in IT software sales or marketing
- Strong understanding of Information Technology and software products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction
- Goal-oriented, persuasive, and confident in client discussions
- A team player with a proactive approach and a positive attitude
