**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick, Arc, etc.) to weld and fabricate metal components.
- Perform cutting, grinding, and finishing of welded surfaces.
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure tools are in safe working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project completion.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a welder or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, SMAW, FCAW).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with various metal types and thicknesses.
- Familiarity with safety standards and PPE requirements.
- Good physical condition and manual dexterity.
- [Optional] Welding certification (AWS, ASME, etc.) is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Trade school diploma or technical training in welding.
- Experience with CNC machines or robotic welding systems.
- Forklift or crane operation certification is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
