**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Architectural Design**: Develop and present design concepts, drawings, and specifications for various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
- **Project Management**: Oversee project phases from conception through completion, including coordination with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
- **Research & Analysis**: Conduct research on local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations. Analyze site conditions and demographic data to inform design decisions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including urban planners, engineers, and landscape architects, to develop cohesive and well-integrated design solutions.
- **Client Interaction**: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design ideas, and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 Years

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Knowledge of town planning regulations, zoning laws, and land use policies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
