As an Architect in the real estate sector, you'll be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction and renovation of properties. Your role involves collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that designs align with regulatory requirements, client needs, and budget constraints.

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Design Development:* Create architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for real estate projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetic appeal, and compliance with building codes and regulations.

2. *Project Management:* Oversee the construction process, working closely with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

3. *Client Collaboration:* Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback into project plans.

4. *Site Inspections:* Conduct site visits to assess progress, resolve design issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

5. *Technical Expertise:* Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques to integrate innovative solutions into design concepts.

6. *Documentation:* Prepare and review architectural documents, including blueprints, drawings, and construction documents.

7. *Team Coordination:* Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., interior designers, landscape architects) to ensure a cohesive approach to project development.

*Requirements:*
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management within the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in relevant software for architectural design (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
