**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented **Junior Web Designer** with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in developing responsive and optimized web pages. You will be responsible for converting UI/UX designs into high-quality code and ensuring seamless functionality across browsers and devices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented **HTML5**, **CSS3**, and **Javascript.**:

- Convert Figma/Adobe XD/PSD designs into functional HTML pages.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design implementation.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver complete solutions.
- Optimize code for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
- Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues.

**Skills Required**:

- B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in **HTML5**, **CSS3**, and **Bootstrap**.
- 1-2 years of experience in HTML/CSS development.
- Good understanding of **responsive design** and **mobile-first development**.
- Familiarity with **JavaScript** and **jQuery** (basic to intermediate level).
- Experience working with design tools - **Photoshop & Figma**.
- Understanding of **cross-browser** and **cross-platform** compatibility.
- Knowledge of **basic SEO** best practices.
- Familiarity with **version control systems** (e.g., Git) is a plus.
- Strong portfolio or examples of past web development projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
