Salesman - Mobile Shop

We are seeking an experienced sales executive at our Mobile Phone store.
- Planning and executing all sales marketing activities as per the set of plans for the organization directly to potential customers.
- Finding business opportunities from the corporate market, generating new customers, regular searching and development for new markets and expanding business.
- Short-term and long-term planning for achieving the value and target set by the organization.
- Propose and implement the sales marketing plans for increasing sales.
- Ability to form a team with other sales executives to improve sales and training independently and effectively in complex situations.
- Working closely with the company’s Marketing and sales team, enabling them to meet their organizational objectives.
- Ensuring that the sales marketing objectives are implemented into defined areas
- Be fully responsible for overall marketing staff training and in achieving sales target given by the company.
- Dynamic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.

Additional Requirements:

- Good communication skill in both Indian and English language.
- Proficient in office program and other regular tech.

Experience: 1 year of experience in direct sales and trade sales of at least 1/2 with degree or 4 without degree.

Others Facilities:

- Salary Review: Yearly.
- Performance Bonus (achievement of targets plus commission on sales facilitating excellent revenue for achieving).
