
Performance Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and targeting to drive profitable customer acquisition
- Develop and implement testing plans to optimize campaign performance
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Work with the creative team or external agency to develop ad copy, landing pages, and other creative assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and engineering, to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies are cutting-edge and effective
- Build a strong Digital Marketing strategy to reach its target audience at scale to deliver growth at optimum costs.
- Target paid channels to jump-start growth with a hands-on understanding of all digital channels and platforms (like Google ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, CPRs, and CAC).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
**Qualifications & Skillset Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization to improve campaign performance
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
