**Job Title: Tally Operator**

**Location**: Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Enter daily transactions (Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts, Journals) in **Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime**:

- Maintain and update **Ledgers, Vouchers**, and **General Accounting records**:

- Perform **Bank Reconciliation** and manage petty cash records
- Handle **GST input/output**, prepare monthly GST reports, and assist in filing returns
- Maintain and monitor **inventory and stock entries** in the system
- Generate **MIS reports**, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, etc.
- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verification and reconciliation
- Assist in internal audits and maintain compliance with accounting standards
- Maintain documentation of vendor bills and payment schedules
- Proficient in **Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime**:

- Good knowledge of **Accounting Principles, GST, and TDS**:

- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Working knowledge of **MS Excel** is a plus
- Comfortable working in a **manufacturing/industrial setup**

**Working Hours**
- Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Location: BMR EV Factory Campus, Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
