- We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to drive a culture of continuous improvement
- You’ll make sure that your team lives by the values of Scrum, empowering them to become high performing to increase the productivity, transparency, frequency, and quality of delivery

- This role is available at associate vice president level

**What you'll do**:
As a Scrum Master, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the Scrum or feature team understand Agile practices, the Scrum framework and values, and that the team uses this framework to deliver working software to satisfy platform customers and react to their needs quickly.

Your role will also involve:

- Making sure that the Scrum or feature team lives by the values and practices of Scrum
- Transforming the Scrum or feature team to become self-organising to reduce management overhead costs, using a range of techniques
- Creating a great place to work with a culture of safety and continuous improvement, through great people leadership, coaching, engagement, and development of skills

**The skills you'll need**:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience of successful Scrum adoption. You’ll also need experience and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

With at least 10 years' experience with Agile practices and ceremonies, and a track record of delivering large scale programs in Agile methodology, you'll have an understanding of how Scrum can be implemented for data technologies. You'll be proactive with good communication skills, and you'll ideally have knowledge of data technologies such as Data Warehouse, Data Lakes, data management and governance practices.

You’ll also need:

- Knowledge of modern development practices and tools
- Knowledge of Jira including custom Jira Dashboards and reports
- Experience of changing organisational mind-sets, culture, and structure
- Knowledge in core solutions domain and a good understanding of finance management
- Experience of coaching cross functional teams into high performing teams
