**Role Overview**

InfoVision is looking for an engineer proficient with design, development and maintenance, and has experience working across projects and different internal systems. This position-Scrum Lead is for the Application Development team.

This position is open for Bangalore locations, and we are looking for applicants serving notice periods those who can join immediately are preferable.

**About the Role**

1. Good to have Mandatory Certifications Required: CSM 5. Background and Skills.

2. Strong experience as Scrum Master, team lead, or team coaching responsibilities.

3. Experience in Agile Development practices - XP, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment.

4. Experience in techniques and tools for continuous process improvement - Lean Software Development.

5. As a Scrum Master: - Coach a Scrum Team on teamwork and resolution of problems, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

6. Facilitate SAFe as the tactical framework the Scrum Team uses during execution: Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Daily Standups, and Backlog Grooming.

7. Feature Development Daily Management: ensure a continuous flow of work ready to execute, ensure all backlog items meet the Definition Of Done, coordinate feature integration, and drive resolution of impediments affecting the Scrum Team’s traction.

8. Defect Tracking: ensure containment of defects during development, and drive to the closure of defects reported to the Scrum Team after development.

9. Feature Validation Daily Management: track external qualification tests (certifications, UAT, etc) owned by the Scrum Team, coordinate feature FT validation, coordinate feature knowledge transfers to support teams, track FT issues escalated to Scrum Team, and drive resolution of impediments affecting Scrum Team’s traction.

10. Coach, train and mentor Scrum Masters.

11. Drive process improvements for Scrum teams for a Software Engineering organization.

12. Support and advice management for the adoption of best practices.

13. Audit engineering practices and performance metrics of Scrum teams for a Software Engineering organization.

14. Report Scrum Team delivery progress to Program Managers and Management.

15. Lead root cause analysis for defects reported to the Scrum Team after development.

**Salary**: ₹746,092.49 - ₹1,989,362.46 per year
