**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Develop design concepts, mood boards, and layouts that align with their vision.
- **Space Planning**: Create detailed space plans that optimize the use of available space, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics.
- **Material Selection**: Source and select materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories that meet the project’s design requirements and budget constraints.
- **3D Modeling & Rendering**: Utilize design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.) to create 3D models and renderings that accurately depict the proposed design.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is realized throughout the construction process. Monitor progress and address any design-related issues that arise.
- **Client Presentation**: Present design concepts, plans, and material selections to clients, incorporating their feedback to refine the design.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct site visits to assess the progress of the project, ensure design specifications are being followed, and make any necessary adjustments.
- **Documentation**: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and other documentation required for the execution of the design.
- **Trend Research**: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential or commercial projects (excluding internship experience).
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Enscape.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and a strong attention to detail.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
