Job Description for Nutritionist

A wellness centre nutritionist is responsible for providing nutrition advice and counselling to clients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. They work with clients to develop personalized nutrition plans that are tailored to their individual needs, taking into account their medical history, lifestyle, and dietary preferences

The main responsibilities of a wellness centre nutritionist include:

- Conducting nutrition assessments and evaluating clients' dietary needs, exercise routine, and food habits.
- Developing personalized nutrition plans and providing ongoing nutrition counseling
- Monitoring clients' progress and adjusting nutrition plans as needed
- Educating clients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes
- Providing guidance on nutritional supplements and herbal remedies
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest research and developments in nutrition and wellness
- Create meal plans for clients who want to lose weight, add muscle or achieve other nutrition-related goals.
- The listing of your role & responsibilities is illustrative and not exhaustive. You are expected to respond to any business requirements that arise, in a manner that promotes customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Education and Certification: A bachelor's degree in nutrition or a related field is required. In addition, certification from a recognized nutrition is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a professional nutritionist.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and motivating them to achieve their goals. Knowledge of local languages is necessary.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
