**Job Title: Nutritionist**

**Location: Navi mumbai**

**Experience: 6-12 years**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Nutritional Assessment**: Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments of clients, including evaluating their dietary habits, health history, lifestyle factors, and nutritional needs.
- **Nutritional Counseling**: Provide personalized dietary advice and counseling to clients based on their nutritional requirements, health goals, and medical conditions. Develop customized meal plans, recipes, and nutritional guidelines to promote optimal health and well-being.
- **Dietary Education**: Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and healthy eating habits, including portion control, food selection, cooking methods, and meal preparation techniques. Offer guidance on reading food labels, understanding nutritional information, and making informed food choices.
- **Weight Management**: Assist clients in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight through nutrition therapy, behavior modification, and lifestyle interventions. Monitor progress, track outcomes, and adjust dietary plans as needed to support weight loss or weight maintenance goals.
- **Nutrition for Special Populations**: Provide specialized nutrition advice and support for individuals with specific dietary needs or medical conditions, such as diabetes, heart disease, food allergies, gastrointestinal disorders, and sports nutrition.
- **Nutrition Research**: Stay informed about the latest developments in nutrition science, research studies, dietary guidelines, and nutritional trends. Incorporate evidence-based practices and recommendations into client counseling and education.
- **Client Support**: Offer ongoing support, motivation, and encouragement to clients throughout their nutritional journey. Address client concerns, challenges, and barriers to adherence, and provide strategies for overcoming obstacles and maintaining progress.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, dietitians, psychologists, and fitness trainers, to provide comprehensive care and support for clients' overall health and wellness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or related field. Registered Dietitian (RD) or Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) credentials are preferred.
- Previous experience working as a nutritionist, dietitian, or health coach in a clinical, community, or private practice setting.
- In-depth knowledge of nutrition principles, human physiology, biochemistry, and dietary guidelines.
- Strong counseling and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, motivate behavior change, and empower clients to make healthier choices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess nutritional needs, interpret lab results, and develop individualized dietary plans.
- Proficiency in using nutrition assessment tools, software programs, and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, continuing education, and staying current with nutrition research and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
