**About Us**:
Mansarover Furnishings is a leading brand in the home décor and furnishings industry in Panipat. With a strong customer base and high-quality product offerings, we aim to deliver the best shopping experience to every visitor. We are now hiring a **Furniture Salesperson** to join our retail team and contribute to our growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Help customers select furniture items based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide information on product features, materials, and care instructions.
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and showroom organization.
- Generate bills and assist in the final sales process.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat business.
- Work with the team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Good communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude.
- Ability to learn product details and explain them to customers confidently.
- Presentable appearance and customer-first approach.
- Willingness to work on weekends and festive seasons.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- sales: 5 years (preferred)
