Job Title: Recovery & Sales Executive(Female)

CTC: ₹25,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and responsible Recovery & Sales Executive who can manage

payment recovery, maintain client follow-ups, and support sales operations. The ideal

understanding of basic sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery.
- Maintain proper records of recovery status and payment updates.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and closing basic sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice, documentation, and payment

support.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on recovery and sales activities.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
- Meet assigned targets within specified timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in recovery, collections, sales or customer handling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer management.
- Familiarity with maintaining MIS and daily reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
