Job description:
Installing and configuring a new network

Setting up peripherals to complement the computer network

Maintaining and repairing networks, peripherals and helping colleagues troubleshoot the problem

Keeping a detailed record about network configuration, peripheral specification, problems, and solutions

Perform routine PC maintenance

Update work station for office staff

Assist in software and hardware upgrades

Provide technical assistance to staff when needed

Order and stock office supplies when needed

Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents

Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill

Self-motivated and strong analytical skills

Quick learner with a positive attitude

Computer network skills and peripheral skills

Great technical knowledge about network and PC hardware

Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience

Extensive equipment support experience

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
