**JOB DESCRIPTION - Associate/ Senior Associate, University Relations**

**Responsibilities & Role Objectives**:
You will be responsible to make Kalvium famous as the best and the most desirable undergraduate program in Computer Science to the potential university partners. Your day-to-day tasks will be:

Build the strategy to influence university opinions and promote Kalvium.
- Strategize on growing university partnerships in existing and new markets, and shape engagement models for the mutual benefits for Kalvium and the university
- Conduct research on universities and scout for them for partnership with Kalvium.
- Create communications across digital and non-digital platforms to promote Kalvium to potential university partners.
- Respond to requests for information release (both traditional and digital channels) to the potential university partners
- Establish and maintain relationships with Universities (turn cold leads to warm and hot leads)
- Handle high-value university accounts and oversee all aspects of the management and operations of the program to ensure smooth execution
- Own the implementation of Kalvium’s program across all partner universities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders of different partner universities and the program delivery team on program related matters such as infrastructure, scheduling, logistics etc.
- Manage budgets and control finances for the program execution in order to ensure that the program is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Coordinate with the various teams to clear any bottlenecks and issues that may arise
- Drive efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good Negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with travel to the locations where the partner universities are based
- Ability to pitch to the various media channels - including digital and traditional media channels
- An ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically
- Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills
- Ability to respond well under pressure, specially working on multiple projects with strict time limits
- Understanding marketing tools will be an added advantage
- Experience in Business Development, B2B sales, Operations and Logistics will be preferred
