**Organization Profile**:
Tech Mahindra Foundation is the Corporate social responsibility arm of Tech Mahindra Limited, a Mahindra Group Company. The Foundation set up in 2007, as a Section 25 Company (referred to as a Section 8 Company in the Companies Act, 2013), has been working tirelessly in the areas of education, disability and employability with a keen focus on corporate volunteering. It operates across twelve locations in India.
The Foundation has been running SMART Academies (since May 2016) with the intent of offering more advanced and longer-term courses in some specialized vocations. At present, the Foundation runs seven Tech Mahindra SMART Academies, including three SMART Academies for Healthcare, three SMART Academies for Digital Technologies and one SMART Academy for Logistics. Tech Mahindra Foundation is looking for resourceful and motivated individual for the above-mentioned vacancy.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To support the Project Director/HOD Academics in the planning and preparation of the on-the-job training and placements of students from different courses of healthcare.
- To coordinate between the employers and the students on the Placement process which include sharing the job vacancy with the students, scheduling the interviews accompanying the students for interviews and keeping them informed on the employer’s feedback.
- To communicate and coordinate with the respective faculties and HOD-Academics on the employer feedback and assist them to prepare the students for interviews as per the industry requirement.
- To organize the campus placements, update student’s resume and educational documents and assist them in the entire process.
- Ensure healthy interaction with the students, conducting pre placement sessions and mock interviews.
- Maintaining the Placement format, employer’s database and a number of jobs offer received.
- Documentation of student’s resume, educational and other documents as desired by the respective employer.
- Any other task as assigned by the Project manager and Project Director.

**Desired Skill Set**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and managerial skills.
- Experience of student interactions and data management.
- Familiarity and ability to work on MS office tools (Power point, Excel, Word).
- Prior experience with the Healthcare sector is preferred.
