**Enterprise Architect, IT (Chief Manager/ Associate Vice President)**

Reports To - Head, Enterprise Architecture

**JOB PURPOSE**
- Work with leadership team to setup the vision for the future state technology supporting the business growth capabilities.
- The role demands definition, implementation and ensuring the compliance to our architecture principles of Open architecture, Open APIs, micro services, cloud native enablement

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Work closely with CXOs and seek their guidance and consent on upcoming solution.
- Assesses and evaluates emerging technology capabilities - Open architecture, Dev Ops, Cloud, API, microservices for compatibility and scalability
- Manage to - be architecture of new platforms and projects for adherence to architecture principles and standards
- Adoption to API and microservices - Drive external API connect and Internal API standardization
- Drive platform modernization through periodic upgrades - technology, functional and architectural upgrade
- Adherence to open source architecture and standards.
- Enforce best security practice across the BALIC tech landscape
- Provide ongoing technical guidance and governance throughout the project life cycle
- Define and implement key strategic technology platforms and solution for the future growth of business and simplification of Technology architecture
- Define integration architecture - JSON, REST, SOAP,XML, Open API specifications
- Ensure all architectural documentation are in place with high quality as per agreed template
- Development and maintenance of integration architecture blueprint
