About the role:

We're looking for a hands-on
Principal Engineer
with strong expertise in
Python, Go, or C++
, and a proven track record of implementing
enterprise-grade solutions on AWS
. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end experience across
frontend, backend, and middleware development (fullstack)
delivering
digital solutions for global customers in a client-facing role
along with strong
Technical Leadership experience.

Whom are we looking for:

  • 10+ years
    of
    hands-on
    experience in
    enterprise software
    architecture, and development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in either of these languages-
    Python / Golang / C++
    , with deep experience in building and implementing
    enterprise-scale solutions on AWS
    .
  • Proven experience developing
    large-scale enterprise applications
    with strong skills across
    frontend, backend, and middleware
    components.
  • Experience in
    customer-facing roles
    , translating business needs into scalable technical architectures.
  • Deep understanding of
    AWS cloud
    ,
    networking (TCP/IP, low-latency systems)
    , and
    secure communication protocols
    .
  • Proven leadership in
    mentoring and leading technical teams
    and
    engaging clients
    on technology strategy.
