**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs at construction sites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company safety standards, and client requirements.
- Organize and deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for workers and staff.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Maintain and update safety documentation, permits, and records as per legal and organizational standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to enforce safe work practices.
- Monitor use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
- Liaise with government authorities and external agencies for inspections and certifications.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant field.
- Certified in Industrial Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in safety management within the **construction industry**.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, labor laws, and EHS regulations.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations and provide quick decision-making.
