**Qualifications**:

- Review Bid Documents for Cost Estimate Preparation for AV equipments
- Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to understand the scope of work.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and sales teams to gather relevant information for accurate estimations and dealership
- Prepare detailed and professional proposals for clients, outlining the scope of work, cost breakdowns, and project timelines.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that proposals align with client expectations and market conditions.
- Prepare proposal document including cost summary and all the bid submittal requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
- Ability to multitask between different designs
- Willing to learn the industry
- Has computer/laptop, headset, and stable internet connection
