* Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads and scripts.
- Qualify leads and identify potential clients who can benefit from our services.
- Explain our legal services and the benefits of choosing our firm.
- Schedule consultations between potential clients and our attorneys.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment setting targets.
- Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on our services and any changes in legal procedures.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to data privacy and compliance. (Especially important for legal roles)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies. Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Basic understanding of legal terminology (preferred, but not required).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computers and CRM software (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
