Quality Assurance

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensures that products meet certain thresholds of acceptability. They plan, direct or coordinate quality assurance programs and formulate quality control policies. They also work to improve an organization's efficiency and profitability by reducing waste and variation.
- Ensuring that the ISO (Integrated Management System) is fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner.
- Responsible for ISO (Integrated Management System) Documentation, Coordination, Auditing, Training and Certification.
- Change management Governance to ensure that the Intranet website has the updated ISO (IMS) Documentation.
- Perform ISO (Integrated Management System) internal audits as per the defined plan.
- Provide timely and accurate reviews of the audits along with CAPA and Non-conformity closures.
- Provide the Branch / Area Managers with timely, complete and accurate reports of their current level of conformity / implementation of the ISO (Integrated Management System) within their branches / areas.
- Contribute to the growth and development of a world-class, industry-leading auditing team.
- Needs to liaison with external auditing certification bodies / consultants, to help the company to get / maintain the desired certifications.
- Support the Global team in deployment of the Quality Champions Program initiatives through Quality Roadshows, Workshops, Trainings / workshops, Videos, Blogposts etc. and makes sure they are coordinated, monitored and followed-up.
- Ensure visibility of performance of IMS and the Quality Champions Program to the Quality Program Management Office (PMO) and management.
- Defining actions including those for elements impacting Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ).
- Sharing of Best practices and success stories.
- Support the cross-function teams for participation in External Quality / Sustainability / Green Awards.
- Support in vetting of Infrastructure / Large project tenders related to ISO (IMS) requirements.

**Mobility needs you**

**Knowledge and experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in ISO (Integrated Management systems), documentation & implementation.
- Certified in ISO 9001(QMS), ISO 14001(EMS) & ISO 45001(OH&S) as an Internal Auditor mandatory (Lead auditor certifications would be given preference).
- Experience in performing Internal audits & 2nd party (supplier) audits.
- Six Sigma Green Belt training / certification &/or Problem-Solving capabilities necessary.
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint along with strong presentation skills needed.
- Contacts with Calibration Laboratories and knowledge of Measuring & Testing Equipment’s preferable. Intermediate / Advanced Project Management & Risk Management Knowledge preferable.**Other Competencies & Skills**
- Leadership skills and excellent team skills, as this role will involve CollaborAction across all departments.
- Self-motivated, improvement oriented and well versed in organizational change management.
- Conceptual, analytical, and evaluative skills to conduct independent research and analysis.
- Should be a Customer orientated person with excellent auditor skills / attributes.
- Must have 5S knowledge and ability to conduct 5S audits, trainings, and implementation.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s / Masters in Engineering / Sciences.
- Postgraduate in Quality Management or MBA in Operations or relevant fields.
