**Urgent Hiring For Medical Transcriptionist || Near Guragon Rajiv Chauk (Any Graduation or Diploma (Medical Transcriptionist).**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Takes information of discharges from Duty doctor / Team Leader
- Prepares Discharge Summary of the discharge patients
- Types discharge summary of new shifting in the ward
- Prepares certificates (rest/fit-to-fly) for surgery patients
- Types Activity Sheets Entry to eHIS
- Transcribes Echo, Radiology, Histology, Pathology reports
- Answers the patients queries regarding the discharge summary
- Answers TPA/Billing Desk queries
- Informs / calls the concerned doctor to finalize discharge summary
- Any other duties assigned by the respective Manager/Supervisor
- Deployed in Radiology/ Discharge summary/ IPD
- Understanding of Medical Terminology
- English comprehension and precis writing skills
- Typing Speed of 30-40 wpm
- Industry preferred - Hospital Healthcare/ Diagnostic centre

**Salary**: ₹252,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
