Medical Transcriptionist

**Position Name: Executive - Medical Transcriptionist**

**Job Location**: Sec - 14, Gurgaon

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Transcribe medical reports, summaries, OT notes and other medical documents from recorded messages from doctors.
- Provide online copies of transcribed documents to doctors or other providers for review and signature, making corrections or changes as noted.
- Review transcription documents for quality assurance and precision to spot and correct any errors that could impact patient care and medical liability.
- Review and correct mistakes in reports after checking with doctors to obtain the correct information.
- Familiarity with proper grammar, spelling, sentence structure and medical jargon and abbreviations for accuracy.
- Maintain strict adherence to patient confidentiality according to provider standards and government regulations.

**Experience**: 6 months to 1 year

**Remuneration**: 3 - 3.5 LPA

**Qualification**: Minimum Graduate (Any specialization)

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,500.00 per month
