Should have MEP Consultancy & Developers working experience**:

- Design competency in Mechanical system, Knowledgeable with relevant Statutory, Regulatory requirements etc.
- Conversant with HVAC, PHE & Fire Fighting Design calculations viz: Load estimation, Equipment sizing etc.
- Familiar with ECBC, NBC guidelines, ASHRAE, SMACNA, ASME, IS, CIBSE, BSRIA, LEED requirements
- Awareness about Mechanical execution at project site.

**Responsibilities**:
**The Key Responsibilities are as below**:

- Familiar with MEP Design, capable of handling the in-house design deliverables for various Residential, Commercial, Mall, Hotel, Data Centre developments etc.
- Front End Engineering Design (FEED)
- Liaisoning Support for HRC, MOEF, BMC & M&E
- Project Engineering Development
- Product Engineering Evaluation
- Value Engineering
- Market Rate Assessment
- Innovative Technological Study
- Appointment of Consultants
- Consultancy Payment Certification
- Consultants’ Additional Fee Claims & Validation
- Tender Documentation
- Post Contract Administration
- CCD (Change Control Document), Quantity Survey & Validation
- Contractor’s Submittal Review
- Construction Quality Audit
- Troubleshooting Support for Operational Plant issues
- Procurement & Contracts Strategy
- Best practices of the equipment installation and their commissioning checklists
- Periodic site visit to ensure quality of site execution work.
- Exposure to other building services viz, Electrical, ELV and accordingly co-ordinate with related services activities.
- Implementation of sustainable practices related with ESG in designing

**Software Skills**
- Proficient in BIM/Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Skilled in creating standard MEP calculation sheets.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experienced with HAP (Hourly Analysis Program).
- Expertise in hydraulic water and air calculations.
