Solutions Architect

**WHAT DO YOU DELIVER**

You will be responsible for designing the structure of enterprise level IT systems, overseeing the project implementation, and measuring the performance of the new system as per client and business requirements. You would manage IT projects right from inception to completion. You would lead and manage team to deliver cost efficient and effective IT solutions

**WHAT DO YOU DO?**

As a systems specialist design, implement, and maintain IT systems for business clients. This role will play a crucial role in understanding the client’s business, their technical needs and responsible for designing the structure of new technology systems, overseeing the implementation of programs, and liaising with the software development team
- Perform hands-on solution design, solution architectures, architecture road maps, prototyping, proofs-of-concept, and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects
- Managed end to the end client and delivered projects
- Should have the majority of work experience with the US\European Clients
- Participate in pre-sales activities and internal initiatives as required
- Able to align technology solutions to customer business drivers for different domains
- Lead the definition of the methodology and processes for the development of solution approaches including engagement structures, prescribing customer solutions/proposals, engagement approach & best practices for delivering solutions especially focused on early project phases.
- Work collaboratively with the technology leadership team and other technical members and strategies to identify, define, develop and implement techniques to improve our solution development methodologies, streamline our delivery engagement productivity, increase efficiency, mitigate risk, and resolve issues when delivering work for our clients.
- Ensure that the approach for developing solutions is refined and improved over time and that feedback and recommendations are incorporated as appropriate

**Design & Development**
- Team with sales management and delivery leaders to drive the evolution, prioritization and planning of cross functional operational processes and team enablement
- Ability to work with the customer to capture and document business requirements, user journeys, functional and non-functional requirements in a traceable, systematic manner

**Leadership & Collaboration**
- Responsible for complex business system design, particularly in the commercial IT domain.
- Ability to analyze requirements, document a solution design (e.g. with UML), and lead an engineering team to develop a technical solution

**Client Interaction & Communication**
- Provide strategic direction, guidance notes, position papers and design principles.
- Use models and architectural frameworks to identify key relationships and gaps between business objectives, process.
- Ability to produce, manipulates, implement or enhance Enterprise Architecture concepts, roadmaps, principles or effective strategies.
- Shape the design architecture based on strategic business and operating models.
- Develop principles, strategies and frameworks.
- Ensure standards and framework compliance across the business.
- Liaise with solutions architects to develop design standards.
- Broad knowledge of business process including disaster recovery, business continuity and risk management.

**Management Information Systems**
- Maintain accurate reports and Monitor service levels based on predetermined metrics
- Strong system evaluation and analysis capabilities, providing change management and process outcome insights
- Maintain an excellent level of reports with all areas of Rishabh’s services and executions

**Security Management**
- Responsible for adherence to security norms including print and electronic security and physical access procedures of the company
- Responsible for going through the CMMI, ISO, security and other compliance awareness programs as per policy

**REQUIREMENTS**
- _GENERIC_:

- Bachelor’s in computer science or any IT field
- Knowledge of strategic IT solutions
- Familiarity with operating systems like windows, UNIX, and database like MYSQL
- Experience in cloud computing and cloud
- _MUST HAVE:_
- Expertise in the latest software development concepts and delivery methodologies
- Hands on experience in software development and system administration
- Hands on experience in service-oriented architecture (SOA)
- Built and managed the team of 30+ developers and built 2nd and 3rd line of reportees along with defining KRA and KPI for its team
- _PREFERRED:_
- In depth knowledge about quality standards, legislations, and best practices
- Relevant certifications like AWS certified solution architect, google professional cloud architect
- Ability to see big-picture designs from basic specifications

**A
