**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively managing key stakeholders both internally and externally to the organization
- Analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex business objectives.
- Experience with multitenancy, hybrid deployment, Enterprise multi-region hybrid ecosystems, rapid strategization and operationalization.
- Experience in ServiceNow automations and enterprise integrations across legacy and hybrid environments.
- Hands-on experience in developing conversational AI solutions using Client Virtual Agent, Client Chatbot, and Client Natural Language Understanding (NLU) with a view to improving customer engagement (CE) and customer satisfaction (CS).
- Establish and manage technical governance.
- Ensure the instance health by working with the engagement team to reduce technical debt and align to ServiceNow leading practices.
- Facilitating workshops or meetings to gather requirements, presenting, and validating solutions and test the interpretation of the client’s needs.
- Demonstrating solid insights in designing ServiceNow solutions
- Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g. ITSM, CSM, HR, ITOM, SecOps)
- Understanding and having experience in driving process optimization, efficiencies and productivity using automation
- Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements.
- Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues.
- Serves as an active contributor of leading practices, standards, and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Contribute to the development of opportunities and provide input to grow our business.

Preferred Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using the Client platform, including experience in using the Client Gen AI features and capabilities.
- Consulting experience will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage customer and stakeholder expectations.
- Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others.
- Experience working in an IT Service Management (ITIL) / Agile / DevOps environment.
- Client Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Client Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are required. Client Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are preferred.
- Prior experience of working with international teams
- Fluency in English language
