Location

**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Handle incoming calls from customers or clients in a professional and courteous manner. Provide information, answer inquiries, address concerns, and assist with resolving issues or complaints.

2. Make outbound calls to customers or clients for various purposes, such as following up on inquiries, providing updates, conducting surveys, or promoting products or services.

3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization's products, services, policies, and procedures.

4. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers using appropriate language, tone, and active listening skills. Adapt communication style to cater to different customer personalities or situations.

5. Typing speed 25 wpm (Khasi, Garo, Pnar) or 30wpm(English) with 90% accuracy.

Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline with 50%+ marks.

Experience
- Min 1 year at the same field.

Preference
- Age between 18- 35 years can only.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shillong, Meghalaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
