Job Title: Academic Telecalling Executive

**Job Description**:
We are seeking an Academic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The Academic Telecalling Executive will work from home and make outbound calls to prospective students, providing information about our academic programs, and answering any questions they may have. The role also includes attending two to three in-person meetings per week for 2 hours each.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about our academic programs
- Answer any questions prospective students may have about our academic programs
- Schedule appointments for prospective students to speak with an admissions counselor
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure they have all the information they need
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls made and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with the admissions team to identify and implement strategies to improve enrollment numbers

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
