**Job Title**: Global Recruiter - Non-IT (Telecom/Satcom Domain)
**Location**: Navi Mumbai, India

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Global Recruitment**:

- Understand and adapt to country-specific employment laws, hiring practices, and cultural nuances.

**Domain-Focused Hiring**:

- Work on **non-IT profiles** including:

- Sales Support Executives
- Customer Service Representatives
- Key Account Managers
- Sales Coordinators
- Inside Sales / Pre-sales roles

**Sourcing & Talent Mapping**:

- Use advanced sourcing techniques on platforms such as **LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and job-specific portals**.
- Build a robust talent pipeline across targeted regions and job functions.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Provide recruitment market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and talent availability reports.

**Recruitment Process Management**:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: JD finalization, sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure compliance with internal SLAs and quality hiring metrics (TAT, cost per hire, retention).

**Requirements:Experience & Expertise**:

- 5+ years of experience in **international recruitment**, particularly in **non-IT hiring**.
- Exposure to the **Telecommunication and/or Satcom** industry is **mandatory**.
- Prior experience hiring for the **UAE, Europe, Asia (Singapore), and the USA** is highly desirable.

**Skills**:

- Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple global mandates and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

**Location & Working Conditions**:

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
