**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell CCTV cameras and security systems to corporate and retail customers.
- Generate new leads and proactively identify potential business opportunities in the Kolkata area.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction during and after sales.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and advancements in security technology.
- Submit regular reports on sales activities and market feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in CCTV, electronics, or security products.
- Diploma holder in any discipline (technical/electronics preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Must have local knowledge of the Kolkata market.
- Willingness to travel within Kolkata for client meetings.
**Salary & Benefits**:
Competitive salary with attractive incentives and allowances.
Pay: ₹18,807.06 - ₹25,000.00 per month
