**Job Description - Growth & Marketing Partner**

**CTC**: ₹6.8 LPA - ₹7.2 LPA (includes fixed + incentives + allowances)
**Note**: Females are preferred for this role.

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a passionate and energetic **Growth & Marketing Partner** to join **Dhun Jam Entertainment Private Limited.**

This is a field + marketing role that combines **partnership building, social media marketing, and community engagement** with resto-bars, pubs, and artists across Bangalore.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Reach out to venues** like resto-bars and pubs through walk-ins, meetings, or your personal network.
- **Pitch Dhun Jam** and explain its value to venues and artists.
- **Onboard venues and artists** onto the Dhun Jam platform and ensure smooth setup.
- **Ensure consistent operations** at venues by solving challenges related to Dhun Jam usage.
- **Build a strong network** in Bangalore’s nightlife, music, and hospitality industry.
- **Create and manage social media content** to showcase partnerships, artists, and Dhun Jam events.
- **Handle social media accounts** and ensure consistent engagement.
- **Support marketing initiatives** and drive venue activations.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- **Excellent communication skills** (fluency in multiple languages preferred).
- Must be **comfortable traveling across Bangalore**.
- **Open to visiting pubs and resto-bars** during both day and night.
- **No educational qualification mandatory** - passion, energy, and networking skills matter more.
- Strong interest in **marketing, partnerships, and music-based community building**.
- Freshers are welcome - this role is designed for people who want to kickstart their career in **marketing + partnerships + nightlife industry**.
