**Key skills**:

- Handle projects independently, under the guidance of the Principal Architect & in conjunction with the Project Architect. To be responsible for making BoQ, Project planning, coordination, material procurement, project site manpower management and implementation of Architectural & Interior designing projects. He shall be responsible for the management of Customer and Contractor resources with responsibility for the end result. Help Principal Architect w.r.t. all aspects of the Site. Will be responsible for Quality & Design checks and controls. Coordination with Vendors for samples and meetings.

**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of BoQ as per site and client requirements.
- Work as a technical adviser to subcontractors, operatives, and craftspeople with respect to the construction site.
- Will be responsible for Quality & Design checks. Check drawings, plans, and other qualities to get accurate calculations.
- Ensure that the quality of materials used is according to the expectations. Needs to oversee the requisition and selection of the materials.
- Set the prices according to cost-effective measures.
- Monitor the contract documents such as managing, monitoring, and interpreting the design. Supervise the Site Supervisors, labour force and subcontractors on day to day basis. Maintain quality control on the site.
- Resolve unexpected technical problems that may arise on the site.
- Handle projects independently, under the guidance & in conjunction with Project Architect.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Site Supervisor: 3 years (required)
- BPQ: 3 years (preferred)
- Project planning: 3 years (preferred)
- Project coordination: 3 years (preferred)
