**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **outbound and inbound calls** to promote services and resolve customer queries.
- Build and maintain **strong client relationships** through effective communication.
- Provide **detailed service information** and schedule meetings or demos with the sales team.
- Maintain and update the **client database** with accurate and relevant information.
- Gather and report **customer feedback** to improve service offerings and address concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in **English and Hindi** (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in **MS Office** and CRM tools.
- Persuasive, resilient, and target-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
