**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Exhibition Stall design & fabrication industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other methods.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and requirements, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
3. Sales Pitching and Presentation: Present our company's services and offerings to potential clients. Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of our exhibition stall design and fabrication solutions.
4. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to the specific needs of clients.
5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients. Ensure all terms and conditions are clearly understood and documented.
6. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
7. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use market insights to identify opportunities and improve sales strategies.
8. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams including design, production, and customer service to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the exhibition stall design & fabrication industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of exhibition industry trends, products, and services is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is desirable.
