**Job Title: ANM Nurse (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife)**

As an ANM Nurse, you will be responsible for providing basic nursing care, maternal and child health services, and community health outreach. Your role encompasses assisting registered nurses and doctors, providing primary healthcare services, and promoting health education within communities. **Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Provide basic nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with personal hygiene.
- Assist in the care of patients during childbirth and postnatal care, under the supervision of registered nurses or midwives.
- Provide support and counseling to patients and their families, especially during times of illness, childbirth, or recovery.
- **Maternal and Child Health**:

- Conduct antenatal check-ups, including monitoring maternal health, fetal development, and providing health education to expectant mothers.
- Assist in childbirth and provide postnatal care to mothers and newborns, including breastfeeding support, newborn care, and monitoring for any complications.
- Educate mothers and families on family planning methods, childcare, and nutrition.
- **Community Health Outreach**:

- Conduct health screenings and assessments in the community, identifying health issues and providing referrals to healthcare facilities when necessary.
- Provide immunizations, health education, and preventive healthcare services to individuals and communities.
- Collaborate with local health authorities and community leaders to promote health awareness and disease prevention initiatives.
- **Health Education and Promotion**:

- Educate individuals and groups on topics such as hygiene, nutrition, family planning, and disease prevention.
- Conduct health education sessions at schools, community centers, and other venues to raise awareness of health issues and promote healthy behaviors.
- Provide guidance and support to community health workers and volunteers involved in health promotion activities.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including patient assessments, treatments provided, and referrals made.
- Prepare and submit reports on health activities, patient statistics, and community health needs as required by supervisory authorities.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery (ANM) from a recognized nursing institute.
- Valid nursing license or registration.
- Previous experience working as an ANM nurse or in a similar healthcare role preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of basic nursing procedures and protocols.
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing quality care to patients and communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Willingness to travel and work in rural or remote areas.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,658.86 per month
