Job Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and protocols.
- Assist doctors in medical procedures, treatments, and examinations.
- Administer medications and treatments as per the doctor’s orders.
- Monitor, record, and report patient conditions and progress to the medical team.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of patient records.
- Assist in patient education and counseling regarding health management.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the patient area and ensure infection control practices.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families, ensuring a compassionate and caring environment.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case discussions, and continuous professional development activities.

Qualifications and Experience:
For **ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery)**:

- Diploma in ANM from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the State Nursing Council.
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospital setting preferred.

For **GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)**:

- Diploma in GNM from a recognized nursing school or college.
- Registration with the State Nursing Council.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a multi-specialty hospital is desirable.

For **B.Sc. Nursing**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) from a recognized university.
- Registration with the State Nursing Council.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a hospital, preferably in a multi-super specialty setup.

Key Skills:

- Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills.
- Excellent patient care and communication abilities.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hospital procedures, infection control, and safety protocols.
- Ability to handle emergency situations with composure.
